Not adhering Theme styles

Hi there. I’ve setup Pressbooks on my server and everything is up and running and can export mPDF… but it doesn’t adhere to the Pressbooks Themes formats. I noticed this and then exported the same content and theme on my Pressbooks.com account and it worked. I was wondering if this was related to this plugin?
