Not ALL albums are displayed in Utillities area

This almost certainly sounds like a bug on Facebook’s end. Since the plugin doesn’t cache anything related to names (& the fetch code hasn’t been touched in ages), there’s really no reason why renaming the album should change anything…unless something in the API itself were misbehaving. Sadly, Facebook breaks things *all* the time. But at least it sounds like you resolved it ??

I assume you mean the “search” utility? This is the first I’ve heard of this happening (it still returns all albums in my account), but I’d try:
*Re-authorize the plugin
*Try it with another FB account (i.e. friend’s family’s?)
*Wait a little while. If this is yet another FB bug, it *may* just resolve on its own.

If none of the above work, does it always return the exact same number of albums? If so, what’s that number? i.e. if it’s always stopping at exactly 25 or exactly 50 or something, it’s possible FB changed something in their API that I’ll need to work around.
