Not all Category Filters are showing

Hello, there seems to be a problem with your plugin with our site. Not all of the product category filters we have placed are showing up. As you can see in the site latex balloons & plain & all are the only ones showing. Our 2 other filters which is Printed and Marble are not showing up. Do you know any possible fix to this? We tried updating the plugin but the problem is still there.
