Not all emails are being sent

Hello! We have had the same problem with our subscriber list. It mysteriously started sending fewer and fewer emails about three weeks ago. In fact, we could watch our subscriber list reduce before our eyes …

Sending 200 of 4,041
Sending 250 of 3,982
Sending 300 of 3,971

and so on …

Our ending number has been smaller with each subsequent weekly mailing. And we have not changed the master list nor had any unsubscribes.

Please advise as we send again tomorrow and are frustrated beyond belief.

Same issue encountered yesterday April 8: stats show newsletter having been sent to all the 295 addresses of the mailing list and opened by 52 of them. Actually, feedback hints at the fact that all the others have not received it…
May be it continues to send at snail speed pace, as the number of mails opened was 47 the first day ?

Looking eagerly for advice / help ??

Hello,
In my case, I found out that all the mails have actually all been sent out. But 80% of them have bounced, rejected by the service provider of the recepiants before delivery.
That seems to be a thorny issue of DMARC, SPF, DKIM…
I am looking into it and will advise if I can sort things out.

I could bypass the issue by specifying a low frequency sending, i.e. setting the send parameters to release 5 mails every 15 minutes – instead of sending the 300 in one shot as I had always done it.
It looks like the stringent DMARC controls are comprehensively applied only to large quantities of mails received from the same sender.

same problem, don’t start sengding mail.
I’m using sendgrid smtp, test is ok, but the newletter don’t start.
After click on “dont wait send now” program send only the first limit and anymore.
More the report from Mailpoet and sendgrid are total different.

1. Your SPAM score is low and you’re just ending up in the SPAM box. Give this a read:
