    Hi again

    Thanks for the help on dates. I have put date format in options.
    I wonder if you might help again. i have a web to lead form with custom fields added. For some reason some of the fields seem not to come across to salesforce. Date fields do not also some text fields. Can you help me with what might be cuaseing this? Many thanks

    feeds should read fields. Also all custom fields end with _c

    As I can’t see your Salesforce account I can’t really help here.

    Please read the FAQ for common issues and how to find the API name of custom fields.

    Also note that Salesforce can be super picky and reject leads or straight up ignore data that doesn’t match the format it’s expecting… sometimes this varies based on the localization settings in Salesforce (especially for dates & currency).

    The plugin send the data given with the keys (field/api names) provided. Mapping it to your Salesforce account and verifying data formats is something only you can do, especially with custom fields.
