    I hope this message finds you well.

    I exported the form to a test website and was able to replicate the issue. However, it seems to be a glitch, as the issue was resolved once I re-added the name field in the repeater group. Additionally, I couldn’t replicate the issue with a new form. Can you please try re-adding the Name field on your end and let us know if it resolves the issue?
