Not All Images Load

    Hi all, trying to put together a bookable website for a friend…found this to be above my pay grade. ??

    We are using the free version of the Hotelone theme, and the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin.
    Each cabin has been setup with a featured image, and slider…but not all featured images show up??

    The link included is to the three cabins categorized as “handicap accessible”, notice that the first one is cabin 11, but has no picture attached. It then goes into cabin 15 which is fine, followed by 14 and again missing the featured image.

    Has me scratching my head for sure. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Oh, and if you happen to know how to remove the yellow border around the images that would be AMAZING! ??

    I think this might be an issue with the theme and I recommend posting on the theme support section here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/hotelone#new-post

    Additional info that might help target the issue.

    The cabin 14 doesn’t have has-post-thumbnail class to the element, while the other 2 posts have. This means the cabin14 post doesn’t have feature image assigned to it yet. Try going over to post editor and make sure it has image assigned.

    The cabin11 and cabin15 both has has-post-thumbnail class, meaning they both have feature imaged assigned. The reason cabin11 doesn’t show the image like cabin15 could be just uncompleted upload of that particular image.

    I also noticed that when I visit the link to feature image of cabin11, one browser just shows blank, the other browser says Image cannot be displayed because it contains errors.

    Try deleting that image and re-upload and then assign as feature image, see what happens.

    You both are just awesome. Cannot thank you enough for taking the time to help. Running errands, but did post where you suggested Andrew (thanks again), and for sure I will look into what you mentioned Paul.

    My apologies to both, in the midst of all this…I had deleted the featured image on cabin 14 and not replaced it. Ugh (that certainly creates an image problem, lol)

    However, I included the link to cabin 11….as it does not load like the others. The problem is still there I’m afraid, but the link I gave you was a poor choice.

    This accommodation category has 2 cabins, neither featured image loads…

    Another category that sleeps up to 8 has 4 cabins, and all load perfectly. So confused.

    When I inspect it, I see the differences….just not sure how to get to the solution.

    Hotelone stepped up and did a theme update that resolved this. Thanks everyone.
