Not all leads are showing

For some reason the leads tab section in the plugin is only showing limited leads. For example, we have had 32 form submissions on our landing page, but only 13 of them show up on the converted leads section. Also the converted leads section only seems to show leads that provided their email address, but since we made that field optional it should not be the case.

Another issue we found is when clicking on the lead itself, it seems to only show default fields under the lead description and does not include all of the submission form fields.

Would really appreciate some help on this.
