Not all links were identified

Installed this to add nofollow to a couple hundred follow outbound links for a customer who got pinged by google. Right away I noticed the plugin did not identify all links. It did work properly on the link that were identified, but some many not identified it was not worth using. Some posts it did, other it did not. Could not see anything wrong with the way I was using it. Trying another plugin.
