    Hello,

We have FBA and MFN products. We are pretty sure the plugin is configured correctly.
However, after syncing, not all products are pulled to WooCommerce.

There are about 165 missing FBA products from or sync. Is this a type of limitation on the Free Version, or do we miss anything?

Your assistance will be truly appreciated. We are happy to go with Pro if this is going to resolve the issues we experience.

    Kind regards.

    Hey @psychosis51

    Thanks for reaching out today.

There is no product limit in the free version.

If you ran an import from Amazon to Woocommerce, did you process an FBA inventory report after importing? This must be done in order for WP-Lister to know what products are FBA. There is more on this here: https://docs.wplab.com/article/87-import-products-from-amazon

    Specifically:

Note: If you import FBA items your imported products and listings will show as out of stock until an FBA Inventory Report is processed. Visit the Reports page and click “Process Report” on the most recent FBA Amazon Fulfilled Inventory Report to do so after the import process is completed. See how FBA inventory is managed by WP-Lister for more details.

If you did process an FBA inventory report and listings are still missing, you should browse to the “reports” page of WP-Lister and view the merchant listings report. Do the missing listings show in that report?

If they don’t, you would have to reach out to Amazon seller support and ask them why the products are missing from the merchant listings report. Amazon is responsible for generating those reports, WP-Lister simply requests the report from Amazon to process.

If the products do show up in the report but are not being added to WC/WP-Lister, then I would ask you to open a ticket with our support here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide a link to this forum thread so we can further assist you.

    Kind regards,
    John
