I’ve crafted a form with Gmail for email notifications. However, only certain email types function properly – for instance, @gmail.com is effective, yet yahoo.com isn’t. While icloud.com works, outlook.com does not. Despite attempting solutions from the forum, none proved successful. Interestingly, notifications appear in the WordPress editor’s full report, but they don’t reach Gmail. Seeking assistance!

    Hi @lmaluca,

Just to be sure whether I understood your query, you meant the Form notifications added for email address of Gmail doesn’t reach the inbox?

There isn’t any setting in general within the plugin side that would cause such restrictions. The plugin uses the default WP email configuration to send the email.

You can use a plugin like Check & Log email and enable the Email logging in the plugin and see whether all the email notifications are logged or not.

If the emails are logged, it would mean the plugin is send the emails and the issue with delivery might be more specific within the website side.

The Check & Log email also provides an option to send test emails via its settings, so you can also confirm whether emails in general reach the inbox or not.

Please do let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
