    Hello,

    We found that the issue occurs with the following payment methods: PayPal Express Checkout and Debit & Credit Cards After the customer has chosen one of these payment methods, but does not complete the payment, the order should appear in the admin panel of our website with the status Pending payment. However, when we make test orders with these two payment methods (PayPal Express Checkout and Debit & Credit Cards), they are not visible in the order list at all. Probably the problem is related to the payment methods. Can you please check what is the reason and is it possible to have all orders reflected and visible in the admin panel regardless of their status?

    Hi @dmg9,

    The WooCommerce orders are only created once the buyer clicks the “Pay now” button in the PayPal popup window or below the smart card fields.

    Only clicking the PayPal button and then closing the popup will not create an order in WooCommerce.

    The other PayPal Standard integration in your Checkout page works differently compared to the two gateways from the PayPal Payments plugin. The old PayPal Standard integration first creates the WooCommerce order, then forwards the buyer to the PayPal website to pay and then sends them to the completion page on your site.
    But with PayPal Payments, the buyer clicks the PayPal smart buttons, confirms the payment, and only after the payment confirmation the WooCommerce order is created.

    If anything goes wrong during the payment process like a declined payment, a failed order would be created. But when there is no WooCommerce order, it means the customer also did not make an attempt to pay for it.
