Not all pages showing

    The last few pages of the PDF are not displaying.
    The sometimes appear in thumbnails and sometimes do not.
    This has been listed elsewhere but unresolved.
    This is on a test site not the actual site it will be displayed on once this issue is fixed. Need it to go live by 1 December.
