Not all Products are Included in the Feed

    Trying to create feed in CX Feed for Google Shopping. When I create a feed, there are some items that are not captured. I already included Variations and Variables both.

    Read similar issues online, it says to change Setting > Product Query Type > Both … when I try to use this, it takes so lang to run the update feed and stucks at 4%

    Based on what you mentioned, it seems that all of your products are not showing up in your feed. You mentioned that changing the query type did not help. This may be a site-specific issue. In order to address the issue promptly, could you please send us your feed link and status from CTX Feed > Status? This will help us to identify the issue and provide you with an appropriate solution.

    Hi Shahad, I’m having a similar issue, have cleared the cache, regenerated the feed, purchased pro and last nite processed the feed into merchant only to come back today to check that new items weren’t being captured.

    Side note this is happening across all my feeds, bing, tiktok, pinterest not just google

    If the issue persists, please update the plugin to the latest version. This should resolve the issue. Even after you have the issue, please open a support ticket from here, as this forum is only for the free version.
