    Hey,

    I just added the plugin and synced the products. 157 products are synced of 192. some of the products that didnt get synced are new, some others are out of stock, but some are in stock and in woocommerce since over a year. So I don’t see why 35 products don’t sync.

    Some say “not synced” and underneath “unsyncable” as well as “- Undefined status code, check WC logs”

    The issue, you are describing, sounds like there are different issues occurring that avoid the products from synchronizing. The main information to get this resolved can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/paypal-zettle-pos-for-woocommerce/

    In general, a product only needs to have a price assigned to synchronize, but there are some situations that can affect the sync capability of a product. Be aware, only Simple & Variable can be synced.

    Recently loaded this plugin to my website. I was already using Zettle for my stock and cc transactions. When I first loaded it synced , and uploaded everything to my zettle account, thereby showing double of everything. I then deleted the doublers, leaving only the synced products, and a few that didnt sync. However the changes that I have made do not sync now.

    This support thread has already been closed, and your issue is most likely not even related to the one it was opened for. I would suggest you open a support ticket with us privately or a new public thread here on .org.

    Please specify some more details about the problem, so that we can understand what might be causing this issue. Details such as: are both directions not synchronizing, are new products getting synced from WC to Zettle? Logs, can help us give you a better response.
