Not all properties are loading during setup step (GA4 and UA)

    Hi there

    While setting up we are experiencing the problem that not all UA and GA4 properties are being loaded, even after reaching the end of the list.

    Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/XKbuWXM Here all the properties have been loaded but multiple accounts are missing from the list (we have admin rights, we made sure). How can we get the missing property to show up?

    Same with UA-properties. Also the loading takes a long time and sometimes only loads two additional properties per “load more” click, which is painstakingly slow. Could you please add either an option to manually enter the property id, a “load all” function or a search function so that we don’t have to press the “load more” button 40 times only for not all properties to load?

    Can you help to re-confirm if both GA4 and GA3 you are facing this issue ?

    Yes, both the UA and GA4 properties are not fully loaded, even after reaching the end of the possibility to load more.

    Thank you for your confirmation.

    I request you upgrade the plugin to the latest version 4.7.3 and try selecting the property id for UA and GA4, it should work this time.

    Unfortunately the update did not solve the issue. The properties stop at the exact same ones and there’s no option to load more.
    We are logged into the right account where we are admin of the Google Analytics account, but it is nowhere to be found. Can you please have another look at that?

    Right now the properties are integrated using another plugin.

    In my case, no properties are fetched.. I can’t see any of my properties, both for UA and GA4,

    We have the same issue! Only 4 – 6 properties show up when fetching but there are supposed to be 20 or more. Let me know if you find a solution or a quick fix!

    We are using Google Chrome, Version 102.0.5005.115.

    I had the same problem with the Safari browser – the GA4-ID was not loaded. I tried Firefox and here the new GA4-ID was displayed and could be selected. Now both UA and GA4 are working. Maybe this helps.
