    Hi there,
I have the advanced search form shortcode running on a page for a client and only three of the property types are showing up in the dropdown… when I view source they aren’t listed as options so I’m pretty sure it’s not a CSS issue. The iHomefinder has the other property types and they show up as option in the map search “refine search” modal.

On a side I was also wondering if it’s possible to edit the dropdowns for baths and bedrooms, the properties my client sells can have 20+ bedrooms and bath and they’d like to have higher number in the dropdowns.

    Hello,

The advanced search page only supports homes and condos as property types. This is because they share the same advanced search data, unlike other property types. If you wish to place a search for Multi-Unit Residential, Lots/Land, Mobile Homes, or Rentals, you will need to utilize the basic search page.

If you are wanting to create an Advanced Search for Rentals, Lots/Land or other property types other than homes/condos, you cannot do this at this time. We would recommend using the City / Zip Code selector in the basic property search as this is as narrow as the search can get.

In regards to adding bathroom quantities to the search, it should be possible to do this with JavaScript. This sort of customization would usually be done by your developer, but if you would like some advice on editing the form with JavaScript, please feel free to email [email protected].

I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

That is pretty lame and seems like a HUGE limitation.
