Not all requests come to the mail

    I made two requests from the same form, one message came and one did not. What could be the problem?

  • Hi @d7fox7vr,

    This could be something related to your email sending service since the same functionality is used by Forminator in both cases.
    Can you try setting up SMTP for sending your emails and see if it works after that?
    You can use Branda plugin and its Email > SMTP module or any other SMTP plugin to configure that.

    If the issue is still there can you try editing your form, go to Behavior tab and in there toggle “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” which should help if the issue is related to site caching.
