    We sent a newsletter with the premium version of your plugin over the sending service. The plugin says sending worked. 68 of 68 Subscribers received their mails. However, that is not true.

    Subscribers with email adresses starting with the letter “S” upwards didn’t receive their emails. As if the plugin stopped sending at “S”.

    All subscribers are marked as active. No error messages or something like that.

    According to our logs, you sent 213 emails on June 23rd and 72 on June 24th.

    I also don’t see any bounces for these sendings.

    If you’d like us to check the logs for particular email addresses, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/ and include a link to this thread (together with a few examples of email addresses in question).

    We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.
