Not all theme's showing in WordPress

    I have a list of theme’s installed into my wordpress

    blinc
    blinc_v2
    connectit
    intouch
    martin
    Spectrum
    twentyeleven
    twentyten

    now all of these theme’s work in other installs of wordpress on our system i’m merging them into an Multi User install and setup but for some reason i’m only theme’s i’m seeing are in the following developers

    connectit
    blinc_v2
    intouch
    spectrum
    twentyeleven
