Not all user roles are showing up

Hello!

I’m setting up all user roles to be notified, however many of my user roles are not in the settings… Roles like Participant and my S2Member levels are not there. The only ones I do have are:

Blog owner
All Administrators
All Editors
All Authors
All Contributors
All Subscribers

I do have specific users set to the Participant and other roles, so please let me know how I can get this integrated.
