The plugin says “We successfully synced 461 orders to your Audience, A Mano Florals.”

    We have 649 customers.

In the MailChimp list audience we have 438 subscribers (0 unsubscribed).

Why don’t we have 649 subscribers in Mailchimp, to match the 649 customers?

    Thanks.

  • I’m not sure this is the issue I’m having but when I installed the plugin and performed the sync it only synced 3 users (there are over 60 on the site).

The synced users were all admins so I wonder whether there was an issue with customer users or whether that’s intended behaviour?

@srd75 @filona one thing to note is that the plugin is only going to sync “completed” orders. Do you by chance have them sitting in a different status at this point?

We also only sync “orders” during the initial sync process. If they’re “users” of your wordpress site, they won’t be synced unless they’re actively saving profiles or placing an order etc.

Can you please confirm that these people you’re looking for have “completed” orders and are not at minimum “transactional” in your Mailchimp account?
