"Not allowed" Error

I’m using the plugin to display the videos I’ve favorited. I configured that playlist and put the shortcode in a page. It says “No items [Check here why], which leads to https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/djquad/favorites?alt=json&fields=entry(published,title,link,content)&rel=0 and says “Not Allowed.”
