Not Allowed To…

  • After installing Magic Password random pages would give a message such as, “You need a higher level of permission.
    Sorry, you are not allowed to list users” or “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.

    I am the site administrator so permissions are allowed. After refreshing the pages, usually 3 times, I was allowed to do the action I desired. Direction on this would be greatly appreciated.

    These errors are WordPress’ errors so it’s weird how your website acts after installing Magic Password. Can you provide more information? Is multisite mode turned on? Are there more plugins installed? Does this error occur if you log in as another user?
