• Hey!

I’m having a little problem with some file attachments. Our server configurations allow for well over 200mb, and the fields are setup to allow 10mb files each. Yet, I am unable to send any file over 2 or 3 megabytes, even if I only use one of the three fields. I found this ticket which seems to describe the problem we have, but the conversation halted without a satisfying answer. Do you think there might be a limitation somewhere that I am missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I tested a 2.7 MB file and went through.

Have you checked your PHP settings on *.ini (php.ini or something like that) to see the file size limit and the max file upload per session limits?

That file should be available through your instance management provider panel.

    Hi,

Sorry it seems it is a little bit higher than I thought. However I just tried a 3.37mb file and it did not go through. All related php settings such as upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are way over the limit. I can send you a link to our phpinfo page if you need it.
