    Whenever I try to create a ticket in “Remote Ticket” an error appears “Sorry, you are not allowed to create tickets as this user.”, I have tried to change the settings, I have tried to change the roles of users, but in no way can send a ticket with the remote ticket.

    Same error here! Please, reply to us on how to fix this because the permission error for the user no makes any sense with the remote ticket purpose.

    The error appears only in the local version. If you make deploy to a production server, the remote ticket works like a charm.

    I believe this is an interesting point to the docs.
