    Dear,
    When I try to open from the admin a new chat, a small window tries to open and I receive following messages:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    How can I solve that problem?

    Please confirm what user role is being used when trying to accept the chat? Also, please confirm what version of the plugin is currently installed?
