Not animating on Mobile

    Hi, Hope you can help.
    The animation on our page is not working on Mobile or Tablet.
    We do have that capacity selected in your app, and can’t work out why it’s not showing up on smaller screens.
    Do you have any suggestions at all?

    Dear Alissit,

    Thanks for using the Animate It!

    The animations are by default disabled in the mobile, as the animation sometimes behave abruptly due to lesser hardware setup on mobiles.

    You can change this by setting the “Enable on Smartphones” and “Enable on Tablets” to Yes in Settings > Animate It!

    No it doesn’t resolve the issue.
    We already had had that selected in the app. I’ve read through all the documentation and tried a number of things, but still no animation on mobile or tablet.

    Dear Alissit,

    I checked the page https://www.amacreator.com/home/ on Chrome and Firefox on my mobile, and the animations worked fine.

    I checked the Idea, Plan, Shoot etc titles, and they are Fading in accordingly.

    Please let me know in case I am missing anything.
