    Have emailed through the site repeatedly for a few days. No responses? Do you guys answer tickets? Not in my Spam / Junk or Trash folders. I need the 8.0+ zip.

    Thank you for getting in touch. I am very sorry to hear you’ve had trouble getting a hold of our team. We do reply to most tickets in under 24 hours, with the exception of weekends (we are closed over weekends).

    Do you have a website link or some other searchable information like a subject line that I can lookup on my side to find your message? I’d like to find your email address and reach out to you directly from my company email address.

    As an alternative, if you have your email address listed somewhere on your website, please send me the link to that page so that I can retrieve it from there instead. www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow us to share email addresses in these threads.

    Same issue here. I put a support request in about a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. Edit: I figured our issue out of not being able to set markers or polygons. Need to enable “Prevent other plugins and theme loading API” in the Advanced Settings. Can’t delete these comments though, so I figured I would put the solution that worked for me.

    I am sorry you never heard back from us, we will take look at our email system again to ensure things are not mistakenly flagged as spam.

    Same issue here. Have sent twice a support ticket and never received any answer.

    I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting in touch. I checked our system and we have 3 tickets which I believe are linked to your site (mentioned on your www.ads-software.com profile).

    We have replied to each of these, and in most cases they do appear to be resolved. To overcome this, I have reached out to you directly via my personal email address (we are not allowed to share email addresses here).

    Please check your email for an email with my name attached, and a reference to this thread within the content of that email.

    Hopefully we can make direct contact with you soon and get any issues you might be having resolved.
