Not appearing in the "featured image" dialog.

I like how pixabay adds a link below the “insert from url” option in the “add media” modal dialog. But it is not added within the featured image dialog? Why? Basically it is the same, but there is the left column missing.
It is inconsistent to add a featured image via the posts “add media” dialog.
