Not appearing on mobile

    Hi

    The call back widget appears on desktop, however on mobile it does not show up. How can this be resolved.

    Just purchased pro version ?? thanks. How can I change to colour of the field where the customer types in their phone number?
    I need the field area to be white. Just the area where the number gets typed in.

    Can you help me change that since I purchased the pro version now.
