Not applying customized text

I just installed the plugin after disabling Mailchimp, and the emails are working, the only problem is that is not sending the custom text you can add when customizing the templates, it either send a translated string, or an english one, or both, but not the custom text I put in.

I’m using Avada and I’ve already checked if there are overrides and didn’t see any
