Not authorised to view stats

  • Hi there

    Am not able to access my own stats. Message saying I, the user, is not authorised, but this is my website. Just happened today. Have had my site for 6 months now. First time seeing this. Logging out then back in has not worked. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hey sarah, it has worked again for me. Fingers crossed. I don’t think I even logged out the last time, but when I refreshed, the stats came back. Try again, I suppose, is my advice.
