Not auto-approving registrations

    In the settings for Members > User Roles, we’ve selected Auto Approve. However, it doesn’t automatically place them in the membership directory. How do we change this??

    What’s the role assigned to the user after registration? Did you enable specific roles in the Directory settings that should be shown in the Member Directory?

    We have a role handler plugin installed, which identifies the customer as member (after paid subscription) and a non-customer as subscriber with no backend access.

    All settings make it appear as though they should be auto-approved. Even in the dashboard, there are 0 that need to be approved. However, when I go to the list of members, and choose the most recent members and manually approve them anyway, they are then added to the directory. It’s like there’s a bug in there…
