not auto sync products

I’m using WordPress 5.7.2 and Google listing & ads 1.1.0

Hmm, the logs appear to show that 1 product was submitted in bulk and did not fail to sync. Could you please share any other Google Listings & Ads logs?

Additionally, can you please confirm if there are any issues listed in your Google Listings & Ads product feed ? The reason I’d like to check that is because I’m wondering if some of the other products have not been or not yet been approved.

Finally, could you please let us know how many products you have in your store and what you mean by 10 products in a page?

I have about 6000 products
“10 products in a page” mean I can only select and sync 10 products as a time

Hi @congdr1996. There are some specific requirements you need to meet for products to be approved by Google. Can you make sure your products meet these requirements? You can see more information about this here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#product-feed-information

In addition, can you go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed and make sure all your products are set to “Sync and Show” there? It should automatically mark all products as “Sync and Show” by default.

I think the best path forward at this time is to try a Conflict Test to see if one of the other active plugins or the site’s theme is causing interference. I recommend reviewing our documentation on how to conduct this test. Then return and let us know the results of that, please.
