Clicking woo order link in biz email, a page opens up and just says “Not available” .. I get it, the admin user needs to be logged in to see order details. Is there a way to redirect to the login page if the cookie has expired or the admin account is logged out? Taking the user to a page that just says unavailable is frustrating.

    Thanks

    Hi @rsites

It seems “New order email” sent to admin and the link might be Order edit page.

Here you must have renamed login page feature on from WP Security > Brute force > Rename login page. So it shows the “Not Available” message when try access wp-admin without login.

You should login first using renamed login page url and then try access that link in email it will work.

This is what I said above … I’m asking, if there is a way to redirect to the homepage or the alternate login page? –Guiding the admin to login INSTEAD of showing the “Not available” page

    Hi @rsites,

Redirecting logged users to the login page will make problem. So it may start brutefore attack using that order edit link. Renamed login page feature will not be of use then.

Redirecting to home page will also considered an issue.

Instead “Not available” we may show a proper message, I will create internal ticket for this.

    Hi @rsites

We have worked on a fix for showing below message instead just “Not available”, It wil be in upcoming release of AIOS.

You do not have permission to access this page. Please log in and try again

    Regards
