Where does it say “not available”? The plugin page looks fine to me at the moment.

Are you using general web hosting or a “WordPress hosting provider”, like WPEngine? Some providers that specialize in WordPress hosting place certain restrictions on what plugins you can use.

oh that might be the reason that i cant get the plugin and my host provider is GoDaddy
