  • My guess is you’re with GoDaddy hosting – this is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update.

    In the mean time, if you need to reset the ENTIRE database (and not just a specific table), you should be able to use this plugin:

    The updated version didn’t work, but I know it does work because I was helping a friend with her site and it is hosted through ipage…but the first link you sent worked. Thanks!!

    I have a similar problem too. i have installed the plugin (version 3.0.2). when i activete the plugin nothing will happen. in the past there was a window with the reset-options.
    what can i do?
    wordpress version 4.3.1 DE
