Not back to right position after clicking product

  • Hi,

    The plugin is doing it’s work. Great plugin. After selecting a product and going back to the shop, it starts with the top! Not where I was. Any ideas?

    Hi there,
    I checked the plugin taking a look to the page you linked me.
    Once you’ve selected a product and then you come back, the plugin load the first result of the last page, it’s correct.
    The plugin requires the last page visited but doesn’t know exactly which point of the page you’ve scrolled, this function is managed by the browser.
    We’re here for any further question.

    Thanks for your reply. What can I do about it, because many people are complaining about this. After scrolling for 6 pages, you have to do it all again since the plugin starts at the top of the page.

    On an other website https://kadeboeken.nl/shop/ i made it works perfectly. If you visit a product and go back, you are where you left the page. Same theme, same version of the plugin, same values in the admin of the plugin.

    Hi there,
    I saw your other site but I see the same process, no difference.
    This functions is managed by the browser and we can’t apply any change in order to change it.
    It’s the browser to direct the user inside the page.
    I’m at your disposal.
