Not backing up successfully

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to get this plugin to work but I’m getting timeout errors when I run it. Increasing the time available to run it is not helping.

    I’m currently letting it set it’s own path for backup which seems to be relative to my wordpress site. I’m using TSOhost to host the site. Should the plugin automatically be given permission to create files or could this be a problem? If so how do I allow it to create folders on my TSO hosting?
