Not being able to add a marker

    Hey there,

    I am trying to add a new marker (on a client’s website- if any data is needed just let me know), but when I do so the data that I am entering doesn’t show neither on the map nor at the bottom where it says “edit existing marker”. The problem persists before and after the update. Can you please advise what can be the issue?

    Hi Lyudmila

    Can you please confirm the version numbers you are using at the moment?

    Are you able to tell me what JavaScript errors might be displayed in your browser’s console as well, please? To do this, in Chrome or Firefox press CTRL + SHIFT + J in Windows or CMD + OPTION + J in Mac. Any red text there is an error. Please copy and paste that here for me.

    I am using Version 8.1.3.

    Hi @lucymihaylovava
    May I please ask you to try to load the map in an incognito/private window with your browser extensions disabled. If the map still doesnt load, please get in touch with me on wpgmaps.com using the chat button on the bottom right of the site
