Not being able to edit Above Header Column 3

  • Hello.

    I chose the above top header to have 3 layouts. The first two are working fine, however, I can only place text, a menu or social media in the third one. If I choose widget, it just copies the widget from the 2nd layout. If I click “Go to widget”, it opens the widgets tab, which only display Above Header First Widget and Above Header Second Widget, the third one is nowhere to be found though.

    I tried troubleshooting mode, disabled all plugins, removed all the code, but the issue is still the same.

    Help me find the solution for this please.
