Not being received in Outlook

After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong?

Yes, I have checked your FAQ. I don’t get an error message. The email just never arrives in Outlook. So an issue with Outlook, and not the contact form? Please advise so I know how to fix, because I don’t right now. Thanks.
