Hi. I have bought the premium plugin.

I am struggling to get it to remember a returning users cart.

I have set up the php snippet to force the user to login or register before being sent to checkout page. That works great. But…

When a non-logged in user adds an item to the cart, then logs in then out before purchasing, the cart items are not stored when the registered user returns.

But, when a user logs in first, then adds an item to the cart, then the item is stored in the cart when they return.

How do we set it so the cart is stored in this path.

    1. Non logged in user adds item to cart.
    2. Non Logged in User logs in.
    3. Logged in user then logs out.
    4. User returns, logs in and see’s item in cart.

    How can i do this?
    Cheers

    Hi,

I tested the same behavior on my end.
I was able to recover my cart when user logs back in.
Could be a plugin conflict on your end.
The side cart has nothing to do with storing cart. It simply gets the cart from woocommerce & display it.
Please contact woocommerce support for this.
