    We recently updated payment processing to be completed via WooCommerce PayPal Payments. We were previously using a PayPal plugin which is no longer being supported.

    Since switching to this plugin each credit card order payment received contains a note for Transaction ID, a note stating the order changed from Pending status to On Hold, and a status of not captured. Oddly enough our PayPal side of these orders are successful and appear normal.

    Each order received since changing to this plugin contains a “Not Captured”.

    Incidentally we are no longer receiving order notification emails. Not sure if that is related or not? We stopped receiving emails four orders back.

    How do we correct the “captured” status for orders moving forward? And if related, how do we reinstate order notification emails?
