Not catching fakes / False positives

1) Doesn’t catch MOST fake email addresses.
[email protected] is a good example.
2) TONS of false positives when scanning my userbase. For instance, it flags every user from hushmail, seemingly automatically, but also a lot from gmail and yahoo that are valid members/commenters.
