    The preview of what I want (order item details off) looks good but the test and the actual emails are just showing the same email as before?

Kindly share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) and the screen recording of the scenario via this link for a better understanding. It will help us to replicate it on our end.
