Not changing order status

    Hello!

    I installed this plugin and once I check the log file it displays the message bellow:

    05-14-2018 @ 20:27:28 - IPN request is valid according to PayPal.
05-14-2018 @ 20:27:28 - Found order #1679
05-14-2018 @ 20:27:28 - Payment status: completed
05-14-2018 @ 20:27:28 - Aborting, Order #1679 is already complete.

    I’m using sandbox and the money goes from buyer to seller correctly but it is not changing the order of virtual product from PENDING to COMPLETE. Is it correct?

    Hey there,

    Thanks for that log snippet! So the order is going through on PayPal’s end, the order is stuck at pending in WooCommerce, but the log says that it’s completed already? Is that only for virtual products?

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Yeah, the order doesn’t automatically changes from pending to complete, as seen in the snipped posted in the OP the IPN was received from PayPal with the correct information and gets completed but seems it is aborting saying the order already exists. I searched my store and the order ID is unique, there is no other order with this ID.

    Just tested and the same happens for shipping products (not virtual).

    Thanks for all of that information!

    These kinds of issues are usually due to a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

    It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Just deactivated all plugins and kept only WooCommerce and PayPal Express Checkout, bellow is the log and the status report, error persists:
