Hello. Regardless of the cache I use, whether the theme or any other plugin, it is not possible to click on the options, that is, it is not possible to choose a variation. It would be like selecting it, but it does not load the variation information, so it is not possible to add it to the cart.
I saw that in other old support tickets other people had the same errors, which apparently were resolved with updates. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please make sure you have enabled the defer JS option from your caching plugins settings.

If so, can you please turn it off for a test? Still facing the issue? Then follow the below instruction:

If you are using a child theme, please activate the parent theme for a test. Also, disable all additional plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Swatches plugin to run a conflict test.

You can use Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin to run a conflict test for both the theme and plugin. It will not ruin your production site setup and the user will see the same site as they are seeing now but you can test it by enabling or disabling the theme/plugin to identify the issue in troubleshooting mode.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the answer.
I did all the settings and cache deletion for the plugin.
It has occurred more frequently in products with many variations, more than 30 for example. products with few variations seems to be normal.

    Did it resolve your issue?

Please also flush the server-side caching. Please contact the hosting support if you have no idea about flushing the server-side cache. Our plugin is compatible with Redis Object Cache.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Sorry to know that didn’t resolve the issue. In the future, You can exclude the following files from your caching plugin to avoid this kind of issue:

    /wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/css/(.*).css
    /wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/js/(.*).js
