Not collecting billing address on checkout

  • I have “Collect Address on Checkout” checked off on my settings page but it’s not transferring the billing address over to stripe and is causing a major issue.

    I called Stripe and they’re saying it’s the plugin that’s not working.

    Hi.

    Please disable legacy Stripe API in plugin settings. Go to WP Dashboard, Stripe Payments -> Settings, Advanced Settings tab, untick “Enable Legacy Checkout API” and save settings.

    This should resolve address collection issue.

    I can see you’re using new Stripe API now.
